What we review during development

Every site and building has different conditions. We review room count, circulation, construction and post-opening operations as the project proceeds.

  1. 01Review the site shape, regulations and surrounding area to determine an appropriate hotel scale.
  2. 02Plan guest rooms and shared spaces with both guest circulation and daily management in mind.
  3. 03Review equipment, housekeeping, guest information and booking paths needed after opening.
